Acceptance of the order occurs only once the order has been dispatched, and a dispatch confirmation has been sent.

Made-to-Measure & Custom-Sized Products

For made-to-measure or custom-sized Products, customers are kindly requested to ensure that all measurements are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Should any adjustment be needed, kindly notify us within one (1) day of order placement so we can assist accordingly.
