The following information details our delivery charges and estimated delivery timescales.
Delivery within Bahrain
We deliver orders daily, including weekend and holidays, if you place the order before 3pm, your order will be delivered on the same day. Our standard delivery time between 4-10pm.
A flat rate is charged for delivery within Bahrain, which is 1 BD except Durrat AlBahrain and Alareen.
GCC Express Shipping
We offer fast shipping to all GCC countries
(Saudi Arabia | Kuwait | Qatar | United Arab Emirates | Oman).
Delivery time: 1–4 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated per item in your cart as follows:
- 🇰🇼 Kuwait: 2.9 KWD
- 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia: 35 SAR
- 🇶🇦 Qatar: 35 QAR
- 🇦🇪 UAE: 35 AED
- 🇴🇲 Oman: 3.5 OMR
All orders are carefully packed and shipped with trusted express carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
Returns & Exchanges
At Jaazline, every piece is carefully selected, inspected, and prepared to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
For this reason — and in the interest of our customers’ safety and satisfaction — we do not offer returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Our team will review the case and arrange the appropriate solution.
Return Conditions & Shipping Fees
- If the item is returned in its original condition and is not damaged, the return shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
- Once the return shipment is completed, the customer must contact us and provide the shipment tracking number.
- If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, Jaazline will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
