How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made using credit cards and debit cards (subject to bank authorization for online transactions).
If I change my mind about the color or size, can I exchange the item?
No, at this time we do not offer an exchange service.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain and the GCC.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock while you are adding it to your shopping cart, you will be notified immediately and the item will not be added.
If the product becomes unavailable after being added to the cart but before checkout is completed, you will be informed at checkout and the item will be automatically removed.
If the product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, you will be notified of the order status, and in case of cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded.
Do you accept payment through Cheque or Demand Draft?
No, currently we do not accept payments through cheque or demand draft.
Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
There is no maximum order limit. However, for large quantities, we may contact you to verify the order for security purposes.
